  • Co-Founder

    Anthony specializes in identifying acquisition opportunities through comprehensive market research, analyzing trends, demographics, and competitor data. He evaluates the market feasibility and assesses risk for potential acquisitions, overseeing the due diligence process, including engineering, planning, and environmental reports. With a focus on leveraging technology, Anthony integrates AI to drive efficiency and support business growth.

    Before joining AcrePoint Capital, Anthony served as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst, where he refined his financial and analytical expertise. His skillful market research, financial analysis, and proficiency in deal structuring and negotiations contributed to numerous successful acquisitions and the overall growth of the company.

    Adeel specializes in identifying and securing prime land opportunities across multiple asset classes on a national scale, driving significant company growth. Adeel has completed successful projects in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Michigan, Florida, and Texas, leveraging his extensive network in the construction and private equity sectors to access capital and deliver comprehensive project solutions.

    As a seasoned Director of Acquisitions and Project Manager, Adeel has led multi-million-dollar projects with a proven track record of success. His strong negotiation skills, ability to deliver profitable outcomes in challenging markets, and focus on optimizing operations, communication, and budget management have consistently ensured project deadlines are met.

    Mark works to assist commercial and residential clients to discover opportunities, resolve challenges, understand local planning rules, entitlement processes, and building codes, He assists in hiring architects, engineers, and contractors, finalizing designs and obtaining permits. Over the past 30 years he developed a national practice and assisted hundreds of firms, individuals, and nonprofits realize their development goals. 

    Mark is a member of the International Code Council (ICC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), and the American Institute of Architecture (AIA), and Agile Alliance. Past clients include hundreds of individual home owners and corporations including Microsoft, Boeing, CBRE, Swedish Healthcare Services, and many others.

    Greg excels in discovering and sourcing the most profitable acquisition and investment opportunities through site and market analysis. He ensures thorough data collection in order to deliver the highest ROI for investors, with an emphasis on finding real estate in highly populated areas with low competition in lucrative and emerging markets. Greg has successfully facilitated acquisitions throughout Florida, Texas, New York, and New Jersey. He oversees operational efficiency across the Acquisitions Department, implementing cutting-edge software and technology to drive performance.

    Prior to joining AcrePoint Capital, Greg fulfilled the role as an Acquisitions Specialist where he sharpened his financial and real estate analysis skills. The work ethic and dedication he demonstrates was cultivated during his service in the United States Air Force. His proficiency in risk assessment to determine profitable sites has now led to multiple successful acquisitions across the country.
